Description Summary:    To assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process with the objective to help the sales reps become more productive sellers.  To be available for office and client projects.

Employment Coordinator in Roswell


General Purpose
Handles paperwork for the pre-employment process for all new candidates. Requires strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. Experience in Microsoft office required, as well as strong communication skills. Also responsible as back-up to receptionist when needed.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
 point of contact for all pre-employment screening
 requests and processes, credit, MVR, background and drug tests for all new candidates
 communicates results of pre-employment screening with field operations team
 strictly maintains electronic and hard copy filing system
 handle requests for information and data
 resolve administrative problems and inquiries
 prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
 open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
 create spreadsheets and presentations
 answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls on a multi-line switchboard

Education and Experience
 computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
 2 year degree preferred
 knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
 knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

Inside Sales Rep / Supply Chain Planner - Cumming
This person will be an inside sales rep who must be willing to make outbound calls to service existing accounts as well as focus on business development for step-out customers.
In addition, this individual will also be a supply chain planner and help support the Customer Service Manager when needed to include (1) manage safety stock levels, place finished goods purchase orders with China and (3) monitor accounts payables and accounts receivables.

Job Description
• Gather carrier commission data from various sources
• Manipulate carrier data
• Escalate exceptions to Commissions Specialist II or Supervisor
• Prepare weekly commission batch for uploading to Server Logic
• Audit total deposits from carriers vs. total payouts to agents
• Archive all carrier source data once weekly batch is complete
• Prepare agent payroll and debit cards
• Coordinate with Agency Integrator to update policies to In Force status (every 2 weeks)
• Coordinate payout of special carrier bonus payments
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by Supervisor

HOT Openings with Discover Staffing!


Customer Service Rep in Alpharetta- Key Retail Customer Order management.  The position is responsible for executing the order management process; including short term forecast management, ensuring product supply and ultimate delivery to the customer.  Position will interact daily with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Credit, Customers, and 3rd Party Warehouses.

Telemarketer in Alpharetta- This position entails making outbound calls to people who have been invited to a seminar. Must be comfortable making outbound calls and entering information into a database.

Construction Assistant Field Supervisor in Johns Creek - commercial construction experience. We need someone with actual field experience, can read construction plans, understands construction coordination, works well in a team environment, reliable and a self-starter.

Accounts Receivable Associate in Alpharetta- responsibilities of this position are Short Pays, Adjustments/Write Offs, Process Credit Memos, Backup for billing coordinator. Experience / Skills Requirements:  Bookkeeping / accounting background and knowledge of Great Plains and/or ERP system would be helpful.  Proficiency with the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is needed.   

Billing Specialist in Alpharetta- Works with all markets to ensure billing prep files are ready on a daily basis.

Experience / Skills Requirements:

Inside and Outside Sales Positions

DISCOVER STAFFING is currently working with a company in Marietta to assist them with entry level inside and outside sales positions. Different commission and pay structures available.

Inside Sales position includes answering incoming sales calls and emails, placing orders, managing accounts and making outbound calls. Leads provided. Hours are 9am to 5pm. Hourly rate plus commission.

Outside sales position includes business to business and/or residential contacts. No office time required, set your own schedule. commission only based on sales.

Chemistry or Biology background required for both positions (education or experience). Knowledge of scientific measure and terminology preferred. Sales experience helpful. General software experience (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet research) beneficial.
