Office Manager for small company in Kennesaw/Marietta area

DISCOVER STAFFING is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Office Manager position at an Engineering company in the Kennesaw/Marietta area.

This person will handle phones, support the president, assist accounting, some HR functions, travel arrangements both national and international, purchasing, facilities management, maintain office records and facilitate shipping. Must know Microsoft Office including PowerPoint. Must be able to multi-task and be okay with a unstructured environment where tasks change regularly. Experience with technology companies and a bachelors degree highly preferred.
