Must have experience with one of the "Big 4" Public Accounting Firms (such as KPMG and Ernst & Young), a BS in Accounting, and 2+ years public accounting experience. Must have experience with Sarbanes Oxley Compliance. Will be handling the general accounting, public company reporting and financial analysis. $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience.
